Compensation

$22-$25/ Hour

There is plenty of room for advancement in this role for the right candidate.

Junior Painter

Position Type

Description of Duties

• Completing preparation work using the latest equipment and technology: Pressure washing, sanding, taping/masking, cleanup & general site tidiness

• Aiding our team of professional painters in producing top tier painting & staining projects

• Working with other team members collaboratively to ensure an excellent customer experience

• Go through company training and development program

Skills & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• SIN # or work visa

• Must be presentable, punctual, detail orientated, self-starter, problem solver, and a team player

• Have a strong work ethic

• Comfortable with heights and ladder work

• Quick learner

• Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary

• Adaptable from team to solo work

• Previous painting experience an asset

• Previous experience working on a construction site an asset
