$30-$40/ Hour

• Completing preparation and painting & staining work using the latest equipment and technology
• Produce high-quality jobs efficiently while remaining on budget
• Working with other team members or trades collaboratively to ensure an excellent customer experience
• 5+ years experience mandatory in this role
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• GST #
• Proof of Insurance
• WCB
• Own tools, ladders, sprayers, etc.
• Must be presentable, punctual, highly detail-oriented, self-starter, problem solver, and a team player
• Ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Have a strong work ethic
• Able to thrive in a high caliber environment
• Experience in all aspects of interior and exterior painting and staining work
• Comfortable with heights and ladder work
• Willing to learn new painting techniques
• Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
• Adaptable from team to solo work
• Extensive experience with airless & HLVP sprayers
• Ability to manage job site and other painters
